Gus Johnson to cover UFC on FOXAugust 19, 2011 by Savannah Labate

After the huge press conference earlier this week MMA Heat’s Karyn Bryant, spoke with UFC Chairman and CEO, Lorenzo Fertitta, as well as FOX Sports Media Group President and Co-COO Eric Shanks.

One of the many subjects of the interview with Shanks, was bringing over Gus Johnson to cover the FOX UFC events.

“Pre, and Post-fight, we will have big desks set up with probably more Fox talent.”

“Gus Johnson now is a huge fight fan and does a lot of MMA. Guss’s schedule permitting, we’d love to have (him) on.”
