Latest MMA Word Podcast Features UFN 30, WSOF 6 Recap, Bellator 106 Preview

It was a crazy, busy weekend of MMA action as after Friday’s Bellator 105 card took place, UFC Fight Night 30 and World Series of Fighting 6 went down on Saturday. If you’re a big time, hardcore fan, then chances are you spent hours upon hours in in front of your TV and or computer. As per usual, the latest episode of The MMA Word Podcast features recaps and discussion about the weekend’s biggest moments.

While Lyoto Machida’s head kick win over Mark Munoz captured much of the spotlight, and for good reason, there were several other key performances at UFC FN 30, including John Lineker’s big win after missing weight for a third time. There was also the controversial and unfortunate ending to the highly anticipated Melvin Guillard-Ross Pearson bout.

Then WSOF 6 saw Jon Fitch get back on the winning track, as well as Steve Carl take the welterweight title by choking out Josh Burkman, The card also featured memorable wins for rising fighters like Justin Gaethje and Marlon Moraes.
