It’s official: we live in a strange world where a fighter who’s only won three of his last nine fights will be getting a shot at the title.
I’m talking about Dan Henderson, of course, who will be rematching with Michael Bisping – middleweight champ Michael Bisping – at UFC 204 in England.

Granted, their first meeting at UFC 100 was the culmination of a season of TUF that had them as opposing coaches. And the ending of their fight was so dramatic, the clip of “Hendo” knocking Bisping out has been played more times than the Zapruder film, thereby giving Bisping tons of motivation in erasing that stain on his psyche.
Still, Henderson is old as hell…
…If he wins the belt after losing to the likes of Vitor Belfort (twice), Gegard Mousasi and Rashad Evans…
