Most people move to Las Vegas because they have gambling problems, issues with meth addiction or fake boobs they financed and need to pay off. Or all of the above! But a small subset of the population moves there because it’s where there’s a ton of high-level MMA training options. Well, you can count UFC heavyweight Francis Ngannou as someone who belongs in the latter classification.
In case you don’t know, MMA is illegal in Ngannou’s home country of France, so his training options are limited. But Las Vegas… there are people there who can hone his skills, and sparring partners who will help the knockout artist get on track to become the UFC’s next heavyweight star (which the organization desperately needs).
