Champ Ben Henderson breaks down his ‘Signature Moves’ (Video)

With the rematch between newly crowned champ Ben Henderson and Frankie Edgar on the horizon, Edgar may want to take note of this breakdown by his opponent. Bendo goes step by step in slow motion, breaking down all his ‘signature moves’ that helped him gain the title of worlds best 155 lb. mixed martial artist.

We first see the ‘inside crescent kick into an axe kick’ which we’ve seen Benson land on opponents in the WEC. Next we see those viscous ‘Muay Thai back leg roundhouse kick’ that Henderson loves to land just to see the opponents sad face, as we saw him do against Clay Guida. Final move is the all out ‘head in the chest blast double leg.’ A tactical takedown that involves spearing the opponent down with your head leading into a classical double-leg takedown.
