With the betting odds standing at an astounding -925, with Jon Jones as the favorite, you would think Vitor Belfort (+625) would have a better chance at being struck by lighting than defeating the champ. The lines don’t seem to bother the optimistic former champ however, as he trains with his family aside him at the newly joined Blackzillian camp.
“I took this fight out of (I don’t know) three weeks notice. I was outside of camp two months in a half, then I started training two weeks, and I took the fight. Guess what, I’m prepared up here (points to head). All it takes is right here. When you step in and the cage locks, it’s 50/50. Yeah, I don’t care what kind of prediction you think, I care what I think, what God thinks. So, I’ll make a very good event for you. Hope you enjoy, have fun – this is UFC.
