Anthony Pettis has a haircut problem. No, this isn’t about his his usual hairstyle, which is okay and probably makes him fit right in with his clan in Milwaukee, W.I. The problem centers around the fact that he feels he needs to get his haircut four or five times a week (!). Of course, as the UFC lightweight champ, Pettis is a man of means and able to feed his addiction, so much like a crackhead would buy a crackhouse for his own nefarious purposes, the best 155-pound fighter in the world owns a barbershop.
This whole sad state of affairs is made apparent in the opening minutes of the latest edition of UFC Embedded, with this episode focusing on the upcoming UFC 185 and the four fighters who share top billing.
The video also provides us insight into Pettis’ opponent, Rafael dos Anjos, who loves jiu-jitsu, loves his kid, and very likely has the worst set of cauliflower ears in the world. There’s also female strawweight champ Carla Esparza, who loves bacon and will cut a bitch if you try to take it from her, and her challenger Joanna Jedrzejczyk, who will remember the vista of the Grand Canyon until the day she dies.
