Magic ‘Shroom’ pills improve Fighter’s endurance?

You would think in this day and age that we have discovered, exploited, and mainstreamed all the supplements on Earth to take advantage of in our exerting sport of choice. We all have our favorite supplements, usually carrying ingredients like Caffeine, Creatine, Beta Alanine, Nitric Oxide, etc. These stimulants have helped me in my high energy activities, but I really hate the comedown some days. Now I’ve found something cleaner (thanks to Joe Rogan) that I can use daily and has taken me even further! It’s called Shroom Tech Sport, a new product from Onnit.com that takes advantage of ancient Chinese ‘caterpillar mushrooms‘ called cordyceps sinensis.

Study after blind study has proven that these magical cordyceps increased oxygen utilization by 50%, almost doubling the users usual cardio output. The ingredient may be ancient, yet our western civilization was not privy of this great supplement until track and field records were shattered by Chinese Athletes in the 1993 World Olympics. It was assumed the Chinese athletes would be caught with Sonnen-esque testosterone levels, but when they came up clean, curiosity developed. Cordyceps sinensis (caterpillar mushrooms) and turtle blood was the diet credited according to the athlete’s Coach. Onnit has now taken this wonderful discovery and mixed it with even more great ingredients without the turtle blood.

Cordyceps Sinensis
Chromium Chelate

Magnesium Chelate
Rhodiola Rosea
Pure Cordyceps Super™
Green Tea Extract
Siberian Ginseng
Methylcobalamin

After reading up on the ingredients and studies, I’ve decided to give the Shroom Tech proprietary blend a try. My first day with the product, I hit the gym for my routine hour and ten workout. Sweat usually breaks for me in the first 10 minute warm-up on the treadmill, but this time nothing. I hopped off and started my lifting. Quickly I noticed my reps were longer and more stable. Perhaps it’s a placebo, but I worked out an hour and thirty with energy left over. Day two I went to my no-gi Jiu-Jitsu class with my new found pills.  Again, I noticed an instant improvement. I rolled non-stop throughout the whole class, gauntlet style for the first time ever. Yes, I was sore the next day, but oddly, not as much as usual. I surpassed a plateau that I had been struggling with for months that day. I am now going on week two and have now been taking off-days as well with no negative side-effects as I did with my other supplements.

Though this review may seem suspiciously positive, Onnit did not pay me for the review of the product. I just believe in spreading the word of a quality product, as I do with my Apple products as well. ShroomTech is an awesome new potential unlocker and is proof that you don’t need to chew up your adrenaline gland to get results. Hope to hear MMA athletes taking advantage of this new edge soon, that could make for even better fights in the future.

Shroom Tech Sport has been an amazing gym supplement. I simply don’t run
out of energy at the gym. Last night I did my normal routine which is
grueling, but I spent another 45 mins after working on every damn
muscle. I didn’t want to leave and I had reserves of energy I could tap.
Had I not had plans later that day I might have spent 3 hours in the
gym. If you lift or compete athletically give Shroom Tech Sport a try
and use the coupon code “10off” to save 10% off of your total order.
The coupon code “10off” works on all Onnit Products including but not
limited to: Alpha Brain, New Mood, Shroom Tech: Immune and Shroom

I love this supplement as well. If definitely has helped my endurance. I noticed some retail codes only work on your first order. I’ve found the code ‘Enhance’ works everytime though. This stuff is worth a look. You can get your money back on your first bottle so there’s no real reason not to give it a shot.

Everything I read about it references the 1993 Olympics. The Olympics occur every four years. 1992 was Barcelona. 1996 was Atlanta. Hopefully they are referring to the World Championships, otherwise, they are just making stuff up.

also about half of their 1996 track and field team dropped out at the last minute when they heard about new techniques in the drugtesting 😉

the proprietary blend also disguises how much cordyceps is actually in the product, always a bad sign.

not to mention cordyceps messes with your thyroid system to boost metabolism, in the last 5 years this has become a popular way to increase energy, but once you start playing around with your thyroid glands for a few years you either a) can never stop taking thyroid boosters. or b) are likely to develop hypothyroidism
