Weigh-ins were completed today for tomorrow’s ONE: Age of Champions event in Malaysia, with all competitors on weight for the main card’s featured bouts.
The event features a flyweight title bout between the promotion’s champion, Adriano Moraes of Brazil, against Japanese challenger Asuka Mikami.
Also on the card is Malaysian women’s flyweight Ann Osman, who was featured in Time Magazine in last year’s listing of Next Generation Leaders. Osman is Malaysia’s first professional female MMA fighter, and rose to prominence with an upset win over former boxing champion Ana Julaton.
Another Malaysian, Peter Davis, will also compete at the event, facing Rajinder Singh Meena in a lightweight contest.
The only fighter to miss weight was Agilan Thani, a late replacement set to compete in the event’s opening bout. That welterweight contest has been changed to a catch-weight and will go on as scheduled.
The action will be available internationally via PPV stream at www.onefc.com/livestream.
