Last night Bellator announced that they’d signed TUF 1 veteran Josh Koscheck – which, wait, means that Koscheck left the UFC?
For a little perspective on this change of scenery for the fighter who once challenged Georges St. Pierre for the belt, you have to keep in mind that Koscheck lost his last five bouts, with a split decision win over Mike Pierce marking his last victory in the cage.
Still, Koscheck has got name recognition, and competing against the best of Bellator is a far cry from competing against the best of the UFC, so maybe we’ll see some good scraps out of him yet.
He’s certainly no Kimbo Slice or Ken Shamrock, so it won’t be that bad. Am I right?
